Haircare FAQs
From patch tests to payment methods, we’ve put all our haircare FAQs in one place and once you’ve found the answer, just give Blondies Hair Design in Coventry a call to book.

Do I need a skin / patch test?Yes! If you’ve never coloured your hair before or it’s been longer than 6 months, you will have to come in and get a patch test. If you’ve had no reaction within 48 hours, you’re fine to have colour. You will not need to have a skin test if you’re not having colour on your scalp (eg foils).

Do I need a consultation?If you’re unsure what service you’re looking for, you’re always best to book a free consultation. This is also a good idea if you want an accurate price, as it means we can see your hair and know exactly what we’re doing before we quote. If you just want an appointment without coming in first, it’s not a problem.

Do I need to pay a deposit?Deposits aren’t always necessary, but if you’ve failed to turn up to an appointment in the past, you will have to pay a £20 non-refundable deposit which will be taken off your bill at the end of your appointment. We will always ask for a deposit for wedding hair to secure the booking.

Do you sell vouchers?Yes! To purchase vouchers, pop into our salon – we’ve always got them in stock. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. If your vouchers have expired, unfortunately we won’t be able to accept them.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards.
